The huNLRP3/huTFRC mouse is a dual-gene humanized model obtained by mating huNLRP3 mice (catalog number: C001616) with huTFRC mice (catalog number: C001860). This model is suitable for research on inflammatory mechanisms, autoimmune diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, and tumorigenesis and development. Meanwhile, it is also an ideal tool for the development of human NLRP3/TFRC-targeted drugs and preclinical efficacy evaluation.
