TSLP (thymic stromal lymphopoietin) is a cytokine involved in the initiation of immune responses and the regulation of allergic inflammation [1-2]; TSLPR (thymic stromal lymphopoietin receptor), encoded by the CRLF2 gene, forms a TSLP receptor complex with IL-7Rα (interleukin-7 receptor alpha), which can bind the ligand TSLP [3]; IL7R encodes IL-7Rα, which is involved in lymphocyte survival, proliferation, differentiation, and the maintenance of immune homeostasis [4]. Based on this ligand–receptor relationship, the combined design of humanized TSLP, TSLPR, and IL7R can be utilized to study immune regulation associated with TSLP–TSLPR/IL7R from the perspective of the ligand and receptor complex components.
The huTSLP/hTSLPR/huIL7R mouse is a triple-gene humanized model obtained by crossing the huTSLP mouse (Catalog No.: C001809), the hTSLPR mouse (Catalog No.: C001942), and the huIL7R mouse (Catalog No.: C001633). The huTSLP/hTSLPR/huIL7R mouse incorporates a combined design involving humanized TSLP, TSLPR, and IL7R and can be utilized for studies of immune regulation associated with the TSLP–TSLPR/IL-7R receptor complex, including JAK/STAT and PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling regulation; studies of inflammatory and allergic diseases including asthma and allergic rhinitis; and the screening, development, pharmacodynamic evaluation, and safety assessment of related targeted therapeutics.
